WELCOME to

Navitas Energy Assessments Ltd

The energy performance of buildings is being targeted for implementation in August 2007. This means that every domestic building which is on the market for sale will have to have an Energy Performance Certificate. These must be provided by the vendor for prospective purchasers. Independent, qualified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA's) are required to provide these Energy Performance Certificates as part of the Home Information Pack.

NavitasEnergy assessors have completed training at the National Energy Centre in Milton Keynes in order to meet the August 1st 2007 deadline. We are able to offer a professional and nationally recognised service for Estate Agents, letting agents, landlords, private individuals and surveyors.

By choosing NavitasEnergy as your Domestic Energy Assessor, you will be sure of a quality, careful and sensitive assessment of your home. We view the client and their needs as the most important part of any assessment.
