avitas Energy Assessments offers everything you and your clients will need to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) for their homes as part of the introduction of Home Information Packs from August 1st 2007.

For your clients I can offer a swift turnaround so that they will not suffer delays in the marketing of their home.
I expect to produce an EPC within 48hrs of completing the inspection. 

For you, we offer the services of a Domestic Energy Assessor who has been trained to the highest standards by SAVA / NHER at the National Energy Centre in Milton Keynes - one of the leading training providers in the UK.
The assessor is fully qualified and holds a Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment (DipDEA).
The qualification has been approved by ABBE (Awarding Body for the Built Environment) and QCA.
Your assessor is accredited to the HNER (National Home Energy Rating) scheme and is fully insured with public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

Your assessor has been checked and holds a clear Criminal Records Disclosure form.
