We have a straightforward fee structure

One simple phone call will do the rest

Electronic copy of EPC immediately on completion and free printed copy by post

All fees stated are free of VAT and include insurance and lodgement fees.

 

 

An EPC costs just 50.00 for a 1-4 bed property

This includes a free printed colour copy mailed to you

 

A floorplan costs from 20.00 for a 1-4 bed property

There are many options and upgrades available for floorplans
