Navitas Energy Assessments have a sliding scale of fees.

No two properties are the same, either in design or complexity.

All fees stated are free of VAT and include insurance and lodgement fees on the central database.

Owing to the recent announcement that only 4 bedroomed properties and above will require an EPC the following fees will apply:

If you are an estate agent, landlord, HIP provider, solicitor, surveyor or housing association, there will be substantial discounts available for multiple properties and regular contracts on the above prices. Our fees for smaller properties start as low as £80
