Assessors are fully insured with third party and public indemnity insurance.

Your assessor has been checked and holds a clear Criminal Records Disclosure form.

Your Domestic Energy Assessor has now carried out over 1000 surveys to date on a range of buildings from one bedroomed flats to historic Grade II listed buildings.

Your EPC is usually available within 24 hrs of survey and this can be sent either directly to you in printed format or to your nominated estate agent via e-mail.

We have different floorplan options that are priced accordingly.  Eg: 2D, 2D colour, full-3D and interactive with photographs.
