We cover the majority of West Mids, Birmingham, Sandwell, Dudley, Wolverhampton and North Worcs postcodes Your Assessor is fully qualified and has been trained to the highest standards by SAVA at the National Energy Centre in Milton Keynes - one of the leading training providers for energy assessment and building surveying in the UK. Your assessor is accredited to the NHER (National Home Energy Rating) scheme and NORTHGATE Assessors are fully insured with third party and public indemnity insurance. Your assessor has been checked and holds a clear Criminal Records Disclosure form. Your Domestic Energy Assessor has now carried out approx 900 surveys to date on a range of buildings from one bedroomed flats to historic Grade II listed buildings.
